Hello Friends!
Early summer is great! The
birds are so happy building nests that the back yard is now a small bird
village! Every birdhouse is filled with a new family.
Out and About
Its gardening season! They
have also been helping (after some strong explanations of the benefits)
to do spring chores around the yard! We have been planting seeds and
new shrubs, raking old left over leaves and watering all the new growing
plants.
Little Dog is making early morning visits to the seed nursery to see if anything has sprouted. Just this morning a bunch of sunflowers poked their heads through the sun-warmed soil.
And Big Dog is jumping into
the big birdbath! He takes his morning dip while the birds take their
morning baths in the other two smaller birdbaths! What a sight! The
birds think he is really silly! He doesn’t even look like a bird!
We had a fantastic time
visiting with our friends in North Andover for the “Mother’s Tea” at
N.E. Montessori School. The children were delighted to show off their
class project to the admiring moms. All the teachers worked very hard to
make it a special day.
Then it was on to Center School in Tewksbury, where for the third year in a row we sang and laughed with the preschoolers. They have grown so big and are very ready for kindergarten! Miss Mary and I traveled to Toronto for a long weekend to visit old friends. For a big city Toronto is so mellow and quiet and its home to people from all over the globe. As you walk from block to block you pass through just about every culture you can imagine and its like a big international tour just walking through the neighborhoods! The dogs and I are preparing for summer and we can’t wait to see all of you again!
& then Fall
Concerts!
I am still scheduling for summer and starting to book fall concerts so if you are planning a date please give me a call ! I can’t wait to see everyone again ! Happy gardening, biking, hopscotch, baseball and fishing season everyone! Hope to see you soon! Marcus
(School, preschool and private
concerts are not listed.)
