Spring is Here !

Hello Friends!

 
It’s a very happy time of the year to be living in New England!
 
The birds are flocking back to town and some are visiting on their way north to their summer Arctic homes. Crisp winds are blowing and little bursts of yellow, white and purple crocus are popping up out of the ground. Not to mention mud, mud everywhere!  

The dogs are very excited as well (about the mud of course). In fact all they want to do is play in the mud all day.  And of course they are not keen on taking a bath afterwards! After some discussion about how dirty and smelly they were getting from all the muddy play (not to mention how yucky it looked!) they decided they were willing to take a shower at the car wash!  This was Doggie’s idea. That silly dog! 

They think it is so much fun to sit up on top of the car!  And it is even more fun to sit on top of the car while it is going through the car wash! They end up squeaky clean, no mud anywhere.  Upon arriving home they were damp and chilly, so out came the blow dryer.  They got toasty warm and were scrubby clean with fluffy fur. Now they want to go to the car wash every day!

Out and About 

It’s been another busy month!
In between flying kites, sniffing the new flowers and playing in mud, the dogs and I have been singing up a storm all over the place! 
  

We had so much fun visiting Montessori Mornings up in Belgrade, Maine. Everybody looks forward to the Spring Pot luck and all the parents bring such great yummy food! The school, in what used to be the old Grange Hall, has great new learning centers and they have a new piano!  Doggie and Big Dog were so excited to see everyone!

We were so happy to see all our friends at Tollhouse Preschool in Merrimack, NH, and Wonder Years in Salem and Derry, NH.  When the Doggie, Big Dogs and I are visiting the children at these wonderful schools we know its truly Springtime!

 

Upcoming Events

A Very Special Show!

I’m inviting you all to a special event in North Andover, MA on Saturday April 7th, 10:00AM – 12:00 noon.

What better way to celebrate Springtime than an Easter Egg Hunt!  There will also be craft activities for the children and a “Happy Spring!” concert by Marcus at 11:00 AM.
The Rolling Ridge Center is in a beautiful location on Great Pond, North Andover.
